Return/Exchange Policies

 

Global Treasures Handmade Accessories is dedicated to providing our customers with satisfactory service. We will do all we can to provide the best shopping experience for our customers.

  • Why do you offer exchange only?

It is difficult to resale returned jewelry. So we want to offer our customers the best solution possible.

​

  • What if you receive the item and it is damaged? Do you still only offer exchange only?

 

If the item is damaged before customer receive it, we ask that the customer notify us by email. We will still offer a exchange only for damaged returned items.

 

  • If I need to return the item for exchange, do I have to pay for shipping?

 

Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for their returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Global Treasures is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

 

  • How soon will I receive my item for exchange?

 

Customers have 14 days to return items. We must receive the returned item before we ship the exchanged item. After the item is received and inspected, we will ship the item for exchange within 3 days after receiving the returned item. We will notify the customer by email once the exchanged item is shipped.

 

  • Do I have to exchange the item for the same item, or can I exchange the item for something different?

Most of Global Treasures items are one of a kind. If a customer would like to exchange their item for the same item they returned, the customer may want to check first to see if there is more of that item in stock. If the the same item is out of stock, the customer may exchange the item for a different item.

We care deeply about our Customers/Visitors privacy. We will share how and why the collected information is stored and used. We collect None-personal and personal information the following purposes.

Global Treasures Handmade Accessories is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our business adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
